General office-administration help, including answering phones, greeting visitors, maintain filing systems – both electronic and manual, keeping stock of office supplies, process mail, incoming packages, assist with preparations for meetings (handouts, room prep, food arrangements).  Must have computer software experience (word, excel) good at multi-tasking, with attention to details.  Being proactive to help create and organize environment for a positive experience for teammates, clients, and visitors alike – is a big plus.  Familiar with and understanding lean-Six Sigma processing concepts can also be an invaluable asset.
