We are currently seeking an Administrative assistant in our office. This is a full time position with in our company.

Job Description:

  • General office-administration help 
  • answering phones
  • greeting visitors
  • maintain filing systems – both electronic and manual
  • keeping stock of office supplies
  • process mail, incoming packages
  • assist with preparations for meetings (handouts, room prep, food arrangements).
  • Must have computer software experience (word, excel) good at multi-tasking, with attention to details.
  • Being proactive to help create and organize environment for a positive experience for teammates, clients, and visitors alike – is a big plus.
  • Familiar with and understanding lean-Six Sigma processing concepts can also be an invaluable asset.
