Position Overview: 
As Client Liaison & Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, suppliers, and other business contacts. Your role is vital in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company. You will also assist our Trusted Advisors with data processing and preparation of client estimates. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Answering phones and managing incoming calls from prospective clients, suppliers, and other business contacts. 
  • Greeting clients and visitors warmly and ensuring prospective clients are connected with a Trusted Advisor. 
  • Assisting Trusted Advisors with information and data processing into our client management app (Nutshell). 
  • Preparing estimates for Trusted Advisors to present to clients. 
  • Acting as the front desk greeter and performing various clerical tasks as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage various clerical duties efficiently. 
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
