Welcome back to the blog! Today, we’re excited to be discussing the numerous uses for our buildings! And the better and more they are USED… the more VALUE you can have from them!
As we’ve mentioned before, our structures are “hybrid” in design composition; they are made from both wood (secondaries) AND steel (super structure) utilizing the optimized benefits of both materials.
This includes being sturdier, lasting, more flexible, more cost-effective, and more resistant to bumps, bruises and even some disasters than either a solely wood or all steel building.
Now that you know a little bit more about what they can do in a structurally sound sense, we’d like to share about what you can do with them!
Let’s break it down into three main categories: Home, Work, and Play. You’ll want a solid and safe structure for any of the three so that you can have as much full use value as you can for generations to come!
Home: Perka’s hybrid buildings make fantastic houses – or better yet great safe and wonderfully comfy homes! Sometimes called “barndominiums”, “shouses” or “shomes”, these solidly built structures are easily customizable, so you can get exactly what you need for your family for now and even in the future. Since they’re primarily made with steel, these buildings are stronger than a regular conventionally built house. They are also perfect for storing seed, fertilizer, harvested crops, or even for growing crops! (Remember when we talked about vertical farming?) Plus, they can be big enough to hold all the machinery you need: combines, tractors, milking equipment, lawn mowers, harvesters, rakes, tillers, horse bridles, and more! Play: There are plenty of options in this category. There’s always more indoor space needed isn’t there?! Protecting our assets from inclement weather prevents it from depreciating and even “rotting” quicker than it needs to. And THAT adds to the ROI (return on the investment). Something to consider when doing the “math” on VALUE!
